[RESOLVED] Network Outage : ERC North America

The outage in ERC North America has been resolved. We are continuing to investigate as to the cause of this outage.

We are currently experiencing a wired and wireless network outage in ERC North America hall and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will update this blog with any new developments in regards to the issue.

Planned TED Maintenance

TED will be down for 15 minutes today, September 18th, starting at 5:00PM for planned hardware maintenance.

[Updated] Planned Network Maintenance 9/9/2013

  • [Completed] On 9/9/2013 there will be a planned network outage for the ResNet network from 5:00am to 11:00am in order to complete some necessary upgrades to increase to capabilities of our network.

Planned Network Maintenance 9/9/2013

There will be expected intermittent downtime for the ResNet wired and wireless networks for scheduled maintenance and upgrades next week. 

The ResNet upgrade will affect the wired and wireless network in on-campus residencies, and will take place during the following times:

Monday, September 9th from 5:00am to 11:00am

During this window, the wired and wireless networks may be unusable in various on-campus locations.
