There are network connectivity problems in ERC Asia. We have called the department in charge of the networking equipment and they are looking into it. We really apologize for all these network outages as of late. Our network administrators are working with other administrators in other departments to figure out what is causing all these outages in the last several days.
Network equipment affecting ERC Asia needs to be replaced today, and will result in network downtime today, January 22nd from 12pm to 1pm. This will only affect some users connected via wired Ethernet, and will not affect any wireless users.
In observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, the ACMS Help Desk/ResNet will be closed on Monday, January 21st. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, January 22nd at 8am.

This update was delayed, but the issues affecting the wired and wireless connection in Village West Building 6 has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing networking issues on both the wired and wireless connections in ERC Asia Hall and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Network services for ResNet have been restored. If you are unable to connect to the network, try restarting your computer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
There are current issues affecting both the wired and wireless connection in residential areas on campus. We have contacted the department in charge of the servers that are currently down and are working to get it back up online. We will send another update when the issue is resolved.
