[RESOLVED] Campus-Wide ResNet Outage


Issues affecting the ResNet Network should now be resolved. If you are still having problems, please try restarting your computer. If you have a black cable modem box in your room, power cycle your cable modem by unplugging the power cord for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. It may take up to 30 minutes for the cable modem to restart.

We are aware of the ResNet network outage that is affecting areas all over campus. We are currently working to resolve this issue and will be updating our blogs and phones periodically. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
