[Resolved]Muir Tioga Cable Modems Down

The network issues affecting Tioga have now been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues with your network connection, try powercycling your cable modem by unplugging the power and then plugging it back in. After 20-30 minutes, see if your network connection is restored. If you are still having problems, please call us at 858-534-2267.

We are aware of the network issue currently affecting Tioga in Muir and are working to get it resolved as soon as possible.

ResNet will be offering table support this weekend. If you need any assistance please find your way to our tables. Phone support will be offline for the weekend. The weekend schedule and supported locations are listed below. Normal phone support will resume Monday.

Saturday September 17th, 10:30am – 4:30pm.
ERC, Marshall, Muir, Revelle, Warren, and The Village.

Sunday September 18th, 10:30am-4:30pm
All residential areas except Coast Apartments.
