11:33AM: Unfortunately, we still have not been able to find a solution to the problem. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience. Please keep in mind that the Ethernet connection in your room should still be functional.
7:57PM: Network administrators are still working to resolve the issue. It does seem that this is affecting mostly wireless users. Some students on a wired Ethernet connection are able to get online
5:37PM: Network administrators expect to have the issue resolved this evening
We have been receiving calls from residents in The Village having problems connecting to the internet using the wired or wireless connection. Network administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
