Beginning today, any students who changed majors and no longer qualify for OCE resources have had their access to those resources deactivated. An email was sent out to all affected accounts earlier with the following information of what can be done.
There are 3 steps you need to follow in order to maintain continuous access to your account and e-mail. Go to our website at:
1) Under Tools find the “Account Lookup “link to see the new host(s) and labs available to use with your new account. The password on the new server is the same you are currently using.
2) You probably need to change the destination of your firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address. There is a web link under Students -> Email Resources to redirect your e-mail.
Be sure that your email@example.com e-mail address delivers to a server where you will be able to receive mail, and not to an old system you will no longer have access to.
3) You are responsible for moving any files you wish to keep. Go to
From there choose the best method for you to copy your files and e-mail.
