The ACMS Help Desk will be closed for the Winter Break from Friday, December 18th at 4:30pm through Saturday, January 2nd. We will be monitoring our systems for outages. If you would like to report a network outage, please call 858-534-2267 and leave a message on the urgent line and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Phone support will resume on Sunday, January 3rd from 4-7 PM.
From Monday, December 14th to Friday December 18th, support for phones and the front desk will open at 9am and close at 4:30pm.
On December 7th (Monday) – December 10th (Thursday), phone support for the ACMS Help Desk will be 8:30am to 6pm. On December 11th (Friday), phone support for the ACMS Help Desk will be 8:30am to 4:30pm. Front desk support at the ACMS Help Desk will remain open 8:30am to 4:30pm.
