Starting Monday, April 20th, the ACS Help Desk will be open from 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Phone support will be open from 8:30AM to 6:30PM Monday through Thursday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM on Friday, and 4:00PM to 7:00PM on Sunday.

To provide a more open network inline with the university setting, while still providing some network security, ResNet has re-configured the incoming port blocks. Below is a list of ports that are blocked:
Any port not listed above remains unblocked.
This will allow students who live on campus to do things such as host games on their gaming consoles or their computers. Also, ssh and remote desktop connections will also be possible.
