[Resolved] Cable Modem Network Outage

The issue that caused a brief network outage in cable modem areas earlier this morning on ResNet has been resolved.  If your cable modem is still not providing a network connection, first try power-cycling the modem by unplugging the power, waiting for 2 minutes, and plugging the power back in.  Cable modems may take up to 15 minutes to come back online.  If your cable modem does not come online after a power cycle, please contact us at (858) 534-3227 or by email at acs-help@ucsd.edu for further assistance.
