Thanksgiving Support Hours

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, phone support hours for the ACS Help Desk will be closing early at 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 26th. The ACS Help Desk will be closed on Thursday, November 27 through Saturday, November 29. Regular phone support hours will resume on Sunday, November 30th from 4:00 to 7:00pm. Regular help desk support hours will resume on Monday, December 1st at 8:00am. If you live on campus and would like to report any network outages, please leave a message.

[Resolved] Cable Modem Network Outage

The issue that caused a brief network outage in cable modem areas earlier this morning on ResNet has been resolved.  If your cable modem is still not providing a network connection, first try power-cycling the modem by unplugging the power, waiting for 2 minutes, and plugging the power back in.  Cable modems may take up to 15 minutes to come back online.  If your cable modem does not come online after a power cycle, please contact us at (858) 534-3227 or by email at acs-help@ucsd.edu for further assistance.
