Planned Cable Modem Outage

UPDATE: (Tuesday, October 7, 2 PM)The planned outage for Wednesday, October 8 will be from 7-9 AM. f your modem is still not working by9 AM,please unplug your modem and plug it back in. If it is still not working after that, please contact the ResNet by email(resnet@ucsd.edu) or by phone (858-534-3227).

UPDATE: (Saturday, October 4, 9 AM) The downtime was started at 8 instead of 7 am – we apologize for the miscommunication. Most of the modems have come back online.

There is currently a problem affecting the Marshall lowers, which is being investigated and should be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

There will be some planned downtime affecting the cable modem networks on Saturday, October 4th and Wednesday, October 8th, between7-8 AM. If your modem is still not working by 8:30 AM on these days,
please unplug your modem and plug it back in. If it is still not working after that, please contact the ResNet by email (resnet@ucsd.edu) or by phone (858-534-3227).
