ResNet is currently experiencing some problems causing slow connections sporadically. The problem is being investigated and will be resolved as soon as possible.
There will be some planned downtime affecting the cable modem networks on Saturday, October 4th and Wednesday, October 8th, between 7-8 AM. If your modem is still not working by 8:30 AM on these days, please unplug your modem and plug it back in.
